Maxim Volkov became the first-ever individual in Russia to be granted the official status of the “investment advisor” and the first-ever individual to be recognized as a professional participant in the securities market.
Before joining Grandis Capital, Maxim Volkov worked in ATON Group, one of the top 10 Russian financial investment services providers. He worked his way up from a Treasury Specialist to a Partner.
Maxim Volkov has contributed to the development of the Russian financial industry. Maxim actively participated in the work of the National Association of Securities Market Participants (NAUFOR). As an independent member of the Supervisory Board of the National Clearing Center, Maxim has developed new products. His personal contribution significantly improved the risk management system of the Moscow Exchange.Maxim holds a degree in Management form the Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Mikhail Kozakov has been defining the strategy of Grandis Capital LLC since the creation of the company in 2008. Mikhail started his career in Russian capital markets in 1995.
Under Mikhail’s effective leadership, Grandis Capital shows the highest financial result every year. Mikhail is the guardian of the Grandis Capital Group tradition of an individual and attentive approach to the needs of each Client and protection of Client’s interests.
Mikhail holds MBA degree of the Russian School of Management. He has graduated from the Moscow State Industrial University and a postgraduate programme at the Federal Governmental and Academic Institute “Council for the studying of productive forces”

Dmitry Charakhchyan provides legal advice for Russian financial institutions since 2004. Serving as a lawyer to various clients for more than a decade, he has excellent reputation and solid expertise in debt and equity finance, derivatives, secured transactions, and other areas of financial law.
Being elected to the RTS Stock Exchange Legal Committee Dmitry Charakhchyan was involved in the development of the Russian organized derivatives market since the creation of RTS FORTS. He participates in professional legal conferences and panel discussions.
Moscow State Law Academy alumnus, Dmitry holds Ph.D degree in Financial and Administrative Law, as well as Master of Laws degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science

Dmitry Shatsky has started his career in financial markets in 2004 and joined Grandis Capital Team in 2008.
He has wealth of experience in dealing with the major international investment banks, hedge-funds, pension funds, and other institutions.
Dmitry holds Master degree in Engineering from Bauman Moscow State Technical University and Bachelor degree in Finance and Credit from the State University of Management.
